[Steam: General] I bought the DLC/purchased or pre-ordered special favor, but it’s not showing up

If downloadable content fails to display, please try the following to confirm if the content has been installed.

【Confirming Installation of DLC】
1.Launch Steam
2.Right-click the game title in your "Library", and select "Properties".


3.Click the DLC tab and check if the relevant content has a checkmark under the "Install" column.


*If additional content was downloaded during gameplay, you may need to restart the game for the new content to appear.

If the issue persists after restarting the game, please proceed with the following steps.

【Verify Game File Integrity】
1.Restart your computer and launch Steam
2.Right-click the game title in your Library, and select "Properties"


3.Go to the "Local Files" tab, then click "Verify integrity of game files".


*Steam will check your game files. This process may take several minutes.

【Check the Installation Location of Steam and Game Data】
1.Verify the installation paths for both the Steam client and game data.
2.If they are installed on different drives, try moving them to the same drive.
*For example, if the game is installed on Drive D, moving it to Drive C (where Steam is installed) may improve the situation.
