We would like to inform our users that the following issues have been confirmed and are currently under investigation.

■ Confirmed Issues
・Some cousins acquired from stages may disappear
・Some cousins obtained from the Candy Shop may disappear
・Some gifts received from the Candy Shop may disappear

These issues occur under specific conditions where acquisition status may not be saved correctly.
As a result, cousins and gifts may disappear upon restarting the app.
*Please refrain from exchanging cousins or gifts in the Candy Shop until the issue is resolved.

Our related teams are actively working on the issue and will implement a fix as soon as the root cause is identified.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and kindly ask for your patience until the correction is completed.
